Terms of Service

These terms govern your access to the Silens platform, mobile application, and private dispatch services. By requesting a ride, you agree to comply with our operational standards and flat-rate billing structure.

Section 01

Flat-rate billing

Our service operates on a strict flat-rate model determined upon dispatch. We do not apply dynamic surge pricing, traffic multipliers, or hidden platform fees. The fare quoted before your ride is the exact fare charged.

Tolls and airport access fees are included in the upfront fare. Any adjustments due to route changes requested mid-ride will be calculated dynamically based on our standard distance rate of four dollars per mile.

To maintain the premium environment of our fleet, riders agree to respect the silent cabin policy. Drivers will not initiate conversation, and riders are expected to keep phone calls brief, low-volume, and conducted with headphones when possible.

Section 02

Silent cabin rules

Any damage to the vehicle interior, including upholstery, electronics, or climate controls, caused by rider negligence will result in a standard cleaning or repair fee charged directly to the saved payment method.

Section 03

Service guarantees

While Silens strives for absolute punctuality, dispatch times are subject to vehicle availability and extreme weather conditions. We limit our liability for delayed arrivals to a full refund of the ride fare.

Our curated fleet undergoes daily safety inspections and professional detailing. We maintain comprehensive commercial auto liability insurance covering all active dispatches, protecting our riders and drivers alike.
